At Perfumeonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened perfume bottle in its original box and use protective cushioning to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
